DAVE SPERRY

Dave is a professor in Outdoor Education at Montreat College.  His experience includes a wide variety of responsibilities in the organized camping and adventure education industries. He has worked at facilities in New Hampshire, New York and North Carolina including work with the North Carolina Outward Bound School and the Nantahala Outdoor Center. His current interests include the facilitation of outdoor adventure activities and the integration of leadership and worldview studies. (more...)

JON BROOKS

Jon has been one of the owners and directors of Camp Rockmont for Boys for nearly 20 years.  In addition to his practical experience working with young people in a premiere camp setting, Jon has planned adventure trips within the United States and participated in numerous international travel opportunities.  He holds current certifications through the Red Cross in First Aid, CPR and as a Lifeguard.

MARK SILER

One of Mark’s great loves is travel. He has lived in Europe, the Middle East and traveled in Mexico, Guatemala and Cuba.  Based on his own experience, he deeply believes that travel, particularly when it provides the opportunity for cross-cultural community, uniquely creates a sacred space for the development of self, faith and fun.(more...)
